The Fund has a portfolio concentrated in the largest urban center in the country with five shopping malls: Internacional Shopping de Guarulhos, Mais Shopping, Morumbi Town Shopping, Shopping Light and Prado Boulevard in Campinas.
Internacional Shopping
Strategically located in Guarulhos, Internacional Shopping was opened in 1998 and is in one of the greatest convergences of road flow in São Paulo.
It offers attractions such as the large Neo Geo Family (one of the largest indoor parks in Brazil), Cinemark and many other attractions. With amenities such as Poupatempo, banks, health systems, Smart Fit gym and a diverse gastronomic square with more than 40 options.
There are more than 340 stores and a monthly flow of +1.2 million people.
Mais Shopping
Integrated into the main subway and CPTM lines, Mais Shopping is an excellent option for shopping, services, leisure, and food in the South Zone of the capital of São Paulo. It has a daily flow of approx. 30k people and more than 170 stores. The mall offers a lot of variety, comfort, and low prices in a modern and safe environment.
Mais Shopping is constantly evolving, as its GLA has grown by more than 60% since 2014 with a high mix qualification that differentiates it from local businesses.
Morumbi Town
Shopping located in the Morumbi neighborhood, an upscale area of São Paulo with a mostly residential and family profile. It stands out as a multifaceted space, combining leisure, innovation, and a selection of distinct and complementary purchases.
It has a variety of prestigious brands, such as the Zaffari hypermarket, Outback, Oue and BioRitmo, in addition to experiences with the NBA Store and Sampa Beach.

Shopping Light
Located in the emblematic Alexandre Mackenzie building, Shopping Light is present in the vibrant heart of São Paulo, at the junction of Viaduto do Chá and Xavier de Toledo, next to the Municipal Theater.
In addition to being a historical heritage site, it stands out with outlets featuring renowned brands, prestigious brands and more than 20 restaurant options in the food court. On its rooftop, the mall offers the Priceless Mastercard gastronomic complex with multiple event possibilities.

Prado Boulevard
Opened in 2005, Shopping Prado Boulevard is in the dynamic Parque Prado neighborhood of Campinas, just 5 minutes from Rodovia Anhanguera and 4km from the city center. It offers a wide range of services and establishments, including cinema, gym, supermarket, bank, pharmacy, prominent retail brands, gastronomic options and dental clinics.
